Jet N Vac Exteriors offer a service to customers, which includes the cleaning of fascia, downpipes, soffits, bargeboards and external guttering. This service aims to remove dirt, mould, and algae, which have built up over time and have altered the appearance of your property.

The method used gently cleans and causes no damage to the property unlike other methods used by cleaning contractors.

We use a professional PVC cleaning agent. It is an extremely effective cleaning product, designed for removing the build-up of dirt from your PVC. The product is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, so it will not harm any plant life. The cleaning agent is applied to the PVC and immediately begins breaking down the build-up of dirt.

The fascia is then cleaned with water and a specialised cleaning brush on the water fed pole.
We use a gentle, effective method of cleaning your fascias, soffits, bargeboards and gutters. This method prevents water from entering your roof space, which is not heated

We do not use high-pressure power washing for this cleaning service for the following reasons…

• Pressure Washing forces water through the vents into your roof space leading to mould growth.
• Pressure Washing can damage all PVC panels due to their power.
• Pressure Washing it will remove flaking paint.
